Hi Gents,

We are organizing a small, but very attractive tournament 11 side including famous club of Sofia Nomads, english team of Farleigh Rovers FC and Stara Zagora’s business team.

The games are planned for 8th June – 11 June. Venue will be the legendary pitch – Tsarsko selo. So I hope you will enjoy a lot!

Here is the schedule for the tournament:

8th June: Sofia Nomads – Farleigh Rovers start 19:00 – 20:30
9th June: Sofia Nomads – Stara Zagora 15:00
10th June: Farleigh Rovers – Stara Zagora 11:00 – 12:30

Everything is set up for a Royal Rumble!

I must tell you that our guest teams already made their flights booking and hotel accommodation. Maybe we need to consider to have a night out after the games, to show them selection of best drinking bars!

Perhaps we can play Stara Zagora on Saturday also? If they have subs, we can maybe also play 2x 90 mins.

3 consecutive 90 minutes in 3 days is heavy…

Paul, I don’t think team from Stara Zagora will be able to play 2 games in one day. They will need a rest, as the average age of their team is 40 y. And as far as I hear they take the game against us seriously.. Oops, I think we might be in trouble But still favourites to win the trophy as per bet fair

Kris, there is small change in timing due to guest teams request. First game on Friday stayed unchanged, game on Saturday start at 15:00 and Nomads will play with team from England. Game on Sunday will start same time as announced but will be between two guest teams. I think this schedule is even better for Nomads, as we can give our best on Saturday evening party! Betw. It is planned to have it on Veseloto selo. Guess out President will be happy May I ask you to make these correction in our announcement? It will be good also to know who can play both games from the list and who only one of the days.

  I will play in goal for the first half on the friday…and hopefully 2nd half outside if picked but would like to play outside on the saturday…..got a bit much in goal on the RD tournament as we had no other volunteers. Maybe we can still try to bring in a goalie from outside the Nomads as its hard to compete against teams with speciialist goalkeepers??

I have the kits at home but will bring them to my office tomorrow. I can’t play Friday so is anyone who can play available to collect them from my office? (office is corner of Blvd Bulgaria and Gotse Delchev Blvd.)

I will keep one for me for Saturday.

We are also missing a number of kits, if anyone catches one of our members with one that doesn’t have their name on the back. Please remove the theiving bastards’ testicles with a pair of rusty scissors.

It is great to see that we have 2 full teams for both game on Friday and Saturday! For sure we have to win twice these weekend!
Actually name of our English opposition is Glendale. I was trying to attract you, saying first that we have famous Farleigh against us, but at least now i can reveal that we will against “noisy neighbours” from Glendale It is same as Machester Utd and Man city – you never know who is the stronger team.. So Nomads – do your best on Friday!
Do you think we shell organize party on Sat evenening? There is actually a proposal for Veseloto selo, but they want to have menu and deposit to make a booking for us. Or we shell look for another place?
