Teams are chosen, bookings are close.

The rule about regular members priority is not valid in the last 24 hours before a game.
No ‘regular member’ registered despite our 3 reminders, this is why Stefan invited some friends.
It would not be fair to exclude them now, because some of us suddenly decided that they want to play.

Next time, wake up earlier !

        I think you need to add the rule that we need to subscribe 24 H before a match and after that friends are welcome to play
