This is the final step of our website evolution. I just added the social network functions that were needed to make the whole package user-friendly as I wanted.

From now, every member has his own “wall” like in Facebook. Your private area allows you to write on others’ walls, to post your own status, to join some pivate forums, groups and send private messages.

Soon every member will be able to create his own blog.

You can even spy on the others through the activity stream. A real dream for the Nomads who are desperately looking for something to do during office hours !

“My account” can be reached from the black toolbar that you can see on the top :

Soon we won’t need our basic forum anymore. But a new one, simpler and integrated in this social network, will appear in the end of the month. You will still be able to chat if needed.

With “my account”, you can manage the events you are attending, and even create your own events :

Join or create special groups (i.e. “Italians in Sofia” or “Kamasutra fans”) :

And you can watch the memberlist, the activity stream…

I hope it is clear and simple. Soon I will make some FAQ-tutorials to explain the most important functions (events, registration…).

Once again, thank you for being so patient during these weeks. It took me time to reach this result because I wasn’t always available, but now I think the result fits our needs.

When you want to drop out, it is nice to warn the others through the comments form.

Dear Nomads

With pleasure I note that the winter is over and spring has finally arrived in Sofia. People brush their soccer shoes, footballs are cleaned and freed from the dust and everybody gets the feelings to kick the ball again. Finally the time has come…. football is back.

For this reason we had a board-meeting yesterday to organize upcomming events and issues about the new season.

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to play not longer in the AMFL, but the other way around we have enough players for our matches on Saturday. What could be better than football after a long Friday night !

Our first game will be on Saturday 07 April at 13 o’clock at the main square of Zarsko Selo area :

• Meeting is at 12:30.
• Eleven against eleven,
• 2x 45 minutes including half time.
• Costs 10 leva.
• This game should be to get new players as well. So, friends, who are interested to join us are welcome.

Furthermore, we play on 21 April, maybe at “Slavia” our second game this year. After that, we are planning a spring festival with lots of German sausages and cold beer.

In June we ‘ll have a competion in Selo Zarsko again, 2 games against an English and a team from Stara Zagora.

In addition, we plan to travel to Belgrade.

So, as you can see we have a lot planned and we hope, when everybody joins the events.

They are the same than last year, but with a different sponsor (Owayo, the producer).

• Price will be around 100-120 BGN for the whole kit (depends on number of pieces, and if the club pays a part of it).
• From now, you can fill the list following this format : your name, name printed in the back, size, number of kits, size for socks.
• You can request a different size for the short and the jersey.

All our apologies for these 2 messy (Messi ?) days !

The website was down, due to an unknown database corruption.

Our hosting provider even wanted to suspend our account, because this technical issue was leading the server to crash.

Hopefully, after some long phone negociations, they finally let us try to fix this problem, and the database is repaired.

We know that some of you (Angelo, Ardis, etc…) were feeling desperate, and were already thinking about some critical decisions. Now we just saved your life, you can enjoy your favorite chatbox again !
